My GK dread knight (1 of 2) is finally complete, i converted a few parts of it but not much. the pistons that should be above the arms were annoying me so i turned the shoulders into decorational chalices of fire, added some chains and green stuffed a loin cloth of sorts as i liked the effect it gave my scratch built one.
i used to hate these models but now i find myself loving it once the shoulder pistons are removed. the model would be better if you could pose its arms and legs more without having to do some heavy customization work but u cant have everything eh?
this is my 1st time uploading a multi image of sorts instead of uploading all images i took of each angle. so let me know if you think doing it like this works better.
yeh but fuck learning to use one of them i like using a brush. i would maybe get into using them if i painted professionally. but thats not gunna happen
The videos I watched made me feel like the air brush was cheating hahah, this bloke rocked up the nicest looking power sword in 3 seconds because the blends just do themselves when you airbrush. X x x
